Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to self-serve subscriptions purchased through our website. Enterprise and custom contracts are governed by separate agreements. Operated by {legalEntity} ({legalAddress}).

Scope

LUMORQ sells digital software subscriptions (SaaS). There is no physical shipping.

Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription for a workspace, starting from the date of initial payment.

To request a refund, email support@lumorq.com from your account email within 14 days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

This guarantee applies once per business/workspace for the first qualifying paid plan.

Exclusions

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Renewal charges after the first billing period (unless required by law).
  • Partial-month usage after cancellation at period end.
  • Enterprise or custom-contract invoices unless stated in your agreement.
  • Accounts terminated for acceptable-use or Terms violations.
  • Chargebacks filed without contacting support first.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Workspace → Settings (Billing) or the Stripe customer portal linked from your account.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period unless you choose immediate cancellation where offered.

After the period ends, your workspace may revert to the free tier or become read-only per product rules.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact support@lumorq.com before disputing with your bank. We respond within Within 24 business hours.

Unauthorized charge disputes should include the date and amount shown on your statement (descriptor: LUMORQ).

EEA/UK consumers

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, mandatory statutory rights (including withdrawal rights where applicable) are not affected by this policy.

B2B customers acknowledge that consumer withdrawal rules may not apply to business purchases.
